“Great location, clean, affordable, well appointed"
Stayed for two nights in an Economy unit, but it was more like a Deluxe - loved it! Unit was spacious, clean, comfortable, private, quiet, with comfy beds and lovely crisp linen. Would not hesitate to stay again. There is a dvd player, tv, kitchen, full size fridge, a washing machine and even washing powder provided. Two minutes walk to the beautiful Middleton Beach and cafes, bars and shops. Ten out of ten for me :-)

Spent a week in the Great Southern, including three nights at Pelicans. Fantastic. Everything was great - from the location, to the sheer size of our townhouse accommodation. The two bedrooms and bathroom were upstairs, with the main open plan lounge, dining and kitchen downstairs. Great heating and cooling when needed. Full size refrigerator, stove and all the kitchen nick knacks. Felt like a true home away from home. Very clean and modern. Would highly recommend.

“Beautiful spot, modern accommodation"
We have just spent 3 nights here and our apartment (#12) was so modern, clean and well equipped. There's nothing at the actual accommodation for kids to do except scooter around the carpark but it's nice and close to the beach, parks, restaurants, fish & chips and walking trails. I highly recommend Pelicans & will definitely stay when we come to Albany again.

“Kindness appreciated!”
We were in Unit C. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the unit had enough room to spread out. We were within walking distance from the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. The National ANZAC Centre was a short drive away. Unfortunately we were called back to Perth suddenly due to a family medical emergency and left 3 days early. They had every right to charge us but out of compassion only charged us for the 2 days we stayed. This kind gesture made a difficult time a little bit easier! Thank you!

“Great stay.”
Stayed for 3 nights in Albany. Very clean apartment and beautiful bathroom. Friendly owners and good location for town/beach/sightseeing. Also has own designated car parking space. Enjoyed Albany as a whole with friendly people and lots to see and do in surrounding area. Must do's - Gap/Natural Bridge, Golfing, Beaches and Whale World. Would visit Albany again and definitely stay here.

“Great location and excellent value”
We were winging it on our recent WA vacation and arrived in Albany on a Friday night with no reservations. Tourist bureau only had availability at the hotels they represent so we drove down past Middleton Beach which looked like a good location on the map. Found Pelicans and we were lucky they had a room. We stayed two nights, the room, service great and the laundry service incredibly handy. Was only a short walk to Middleton Beach which in itself was beautiful and a great location for swimming, biking and running. We could have spent another two or three days.
